first time making a website (even tho its from a layout)
okay, so this is really my first time in years making a website it is because i saw other people's personal websites on neocities and they all pretty cool and cute, and its actually inspires me to make one, and so i did. (i use a layout because i don't really know how to do it from scratch, thanks to Itinerae for the layout)
